From Asheville: I-40 East to Exit 55.
Left on Porter Cove Road for .2 mile.
Right on US 70 East (Tunnel Road) for 1.7 mile.
Left on Warren Wilson College Road for 2.7 Miles.
Left on Sunset Drive at Bee Tree Community sign. (Strange intersection - be cautious.)
Go .4 mile to end of Sunset Drive.
Lot is on the left in the cul de sac.
